Our facility is part of the Functionnal Genomics Center of Bordeaux (CGFB)  that operates a modern biotechnology hub consisting of core facilities for genomics, bioinformatics, proteomics, metabolomics, structural biology and advanced microscopy.

Services

The Center for Bioinformatics provides access to high-performance computing resources, data analysis and programming expertise. The resources serve scientists and private labs to master the bioinformatics needs of their research in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The following services are offered:

• Instruction of hands-on tutorials and workshops on a wide variety of bioinformatic topics.
• Development and maintenance of biological databases for comparative genomics and metabolomics.
• Access and development to high-performance bioinformatics software infrastructure for our research community, in particular for NGS data.
